Ocean 14 Condo Renovation - Jacksonville Beach, FL

The clients from South Florida wanted to bring this "dated" 5th floor oceanfront condo to a modern, sleek and contemporary feel.....the entire condo needed a face-lift.

With the help of Ford Builders, they were able to bring their dreams into reality, the kitchen area was completely boxed in with only a bar which had views of the ocean, by removing all the walls (except the load bearing column and the wall behind the bar) the entire kitchen now opens up to the family room and has magnificent views of the ocean. The dropped ceilings were also removed and Ford designed a 6" soffit framed from metal framing which houses the new 4" recess can lights, a curved soffit follows the granite countertop at the bar seating area.
