Ford's Colony

Ford's Colony is the #1 Master Planned Community in the United States, and we are proud to be on their Preferred Builder's List. With 54 holes of golf and an endless list of amenities, Ford's Colony is an excellent neighborhood. Governor's Land

Governor's Land is an excellent golf community of approximately 700 residents. They have limited their size to maintain a private atmosphere. Governor's Land comes complete with a marina and 18-hole golf course. Homes here are generally priced at a premium with very classy finishes.


Stonehouse

Stonehouse is slated to be the largest development in Williamsburg, just on the outside of town. The first thing you notice when stepping out of your car at Stonehouse is the absolute peace and quiet.


Brickshire

Brickshire is a new development, and has a fantastic location on a beautiful piece of land between Williamsburg and Richmond. Brickshire features an 18-hole Curtis Strange Signature Golf Course. Brickshire is one of our newest communities, and we are excited about the opportunity to be a part of it.


Kingsmill - Spencer's Grant

Spencer's Grant - newest section of homesites consists of 38 lots which will be marketed over a three year time frame. The homesites are heavily wooded and provide wonderful privacy and views to conservation easements and distant views to the James River. Price range: approximately $270,000 - approximately $400,000 +.


Viniterra

On the surface it might seem as if Viniterra is somewhat of a contradiction. On one hand, you have what is arguably the most serene and pastoral settings for a community anywhere in Virginia, then on the other hand a community that seems to buzz with activity. The community is conveniently located just minutes from shopping and close to local attractions such as the Jamestown Settlement and Colonial Williamsburg.
